We are hiring a full time Customer Experience and Fulfillment Associate on our eCommerce team. Our office is located in Soho, NYC.

·       Respond to customers in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner over email or the phone
·       Accurately communicate order information, policies and procedures
·       Do everything within reason to create an amazing customer experience
·       Display a positive attitude when dealing with customers and co-workers
·       Pick and pack all ecommerce orders based on customer specifications
·       Monitor eCommerce orders to prevent fraudulent transactions from being fulfilled
·       Receive and cycle count inventory
·       Upload new products to the site
·       Ensure accuracy of all product content on eCommerce channels
·       Provide reporting on Customer Service activity
·       Happily assist with any other duties requested by management
·       Excellent communication and writing skills
·       Retail experience
·       Strong problem solving skills
·       Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently
·       Detail orientated, organized and structured
·       Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
·       Strong interest in and knowledge of fashion, styles, fabrics, etc.
·       Proficient with Excel
·       Availability to work during select holiday sale seasons
