RETURNS & EXCHANGES
3x1 values our reputation as having great fitting jeans, therefore we want our customers to be happy wearing their 3x1’s.
We accept returns as follows:
- Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from date of shipment.
- Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with all original tags attached in the original bag in order to be eligible for return.
- Unauthorized returns or returns postmarked later than 14 days from shipment date will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
- Any merchandise returned without the Returns and Exchanges Form, and copy of the original invoice will not be accepted and returned to sender.
- Any merchandise sold at a discount of 50% or more, or marked FINAL SALE, cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
- Order shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
- Authorized returns are refunded in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing cycles.
- Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of the return for processing.
- 3x1 does not accept merchandise purchased from other retailers. We only accept returns that were purchased from the 3x1 website.
- Online merchandise returns and exchanges must be SHIPPED to the address below and cannot be returned or exchanged at our retail store.
- Gift cards are nonrefundable.
3x1 reserves the right to deny a refund for any returned merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.
Processing Your Return
- Please complete the enclosed Returns and Exchanges form enclosed with your shipment.
- Please ship the merchandise back to 3x1 ONLINE at 15 Mercer Street, NYC, 10013 using any traceable shipping method, at your expense. We recommend using a carrier who will provide tracking information to ensure that your package does not get lost. 3x1 cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Packages must be returned prepaid. We are unable to accept returns COD.
- Please note, our retail store does not accept online returns or exchanges as they cannot be processed in store.
Exchanges / Damaged Items / Lost Shipment
If you would like to exchange your jean for another size or style; you find that an item is defective, or your order shipment is lost, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
