We accept returns on unwashed, unworn and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days from the date you received your order. Merchandise sold at 50% off or higher are final sale and cannot be returned.
On the occasion that you need send something back, please log into your 3x1.us account and select Completed Orders to request a return on a previous purchase. If your item is returnable, your request will be approved within 1 business day and you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your return has been authorized. If for some reason you have not received authorization via e-mail, please check your spam folder before contacting us. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization. Please note that your return must be postmarked no more than 14 days after your order was received. 3x1 is not responsible for return shipping or duties.

Once we've received your return, please allow up to 5 business days for us to issue the exchange or refund your original form of payment.
Your refund will only be processed if all garments have been determined to be in their original condition with tags attached. All refunds will be credited to the card or Paypal account used for the original purchase. Please note that express or international shipping charges on your original transaction are nonrefundable.
In the event of an exchange, we will do our best to find your desired replacement. If a replacement jean is not in stock, we will offer you the option of a different style/pair or a refund. Any difference incurred in an exchange will be charged or refunded using the original payment method.
If your exchange requires multiple shipments, the appropriate shipping and handling fees will be charged to the credit card used to pay for your original purchase.
*Please remember, items not post marked within the 14 day return period will not be processed for refund or exchange. If your return does not meet the above return criteria, it will be shipped back at your expense.
