Delivery
Shippings will be managed from our warehouse in Italy.
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days from the moment it is placed. However, during sale season orders might suffer delay due to high traffic and the high number of orders being filled out.
3x1 will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by international customs issues, adverse weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond the control of 3x1.
The carrier will try to deliver the package several times at the address specified in the order. If the delivery cannot be made, the package will eventually be held in deposit and the customer will have to contact the carrier directly for instructions.3x1 cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incomplete information, for any damage occurring to products after shipment.
